Я не сторонник того, что после трансформационной игры или тренинга или консультации, ваша жизнь не будет прежней. Антиреклама🤪 Я не исключаю такого. Но так происходит редко. И даже в этих редких случаях это означает, что человек проделал большой путь и наконец поднялся на вершину. Эти изменения не после игры случились. Исследовательский подход к жизни позволяет не застревать в этом недовольстве, в несчастье, в том, что не нравится. Он провоцирует задавать себе вопросы, искать варианты и жить с мыслью - можно по-разному, можно по-другому. То, как сейчас - не обязательно. Не обязательно вообще и не обязательно навсегда.

А вообще, можете меня поздравить, теперь у меня полный набор - я проводила игры всем категориям людей 😁 Мужчинам и женщинам, подросткам (!), людям в возрасте. Детям только нет - но это не для них. А вот с подростками - очень интересно получилось. И 60+ - я волновалась, но было так классно 😍 И мужчины... совсем другой мир - было так интересно! Многие по себе знают - человек быстро привыкает к хорошему. И что радость от, например, купленных вещей быстро проходит. По-умному это называется гедонистическая адаптация.
