⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ так сложилось, что я в свои 33 решила заняться йогой и мне на одной из практик, педагог (к которому я уже не хожу) довольно резко сказала «Люся, а где твоя воля! включай!!!!» и вот уже почти год я ищу ответ, а что же такое ВОЛЯ? первично приходит, что это выносливость, устойчивость и терпение. с детства транслируют про силу воли, как что-то важное, что нужно тренировать. волевой человек = сильный и устойчивы…

как я воспринимаю своё тело?👤 уже вторую неделю не могу написать текст про следующий блок бодинамики, про волю, что забавно. потому как это именно проявление воли, что мне это истинно не так нужно, поэтому время и не находишь к действию. увидела в книге фразу писательницы, о том, что своё тело она воспринимает, как зверя, с которым никак нельзя договорится. такие выводы она сделала после того, как ей диагностировал…

ох, это тоже очень личное, но я смотрю и у меня мурашки, хочу их тут оставить✴️ я так давно не танцевала в окружении зрителей. а тут за месяц уже второй раз! механизм такой был: мне включили рандомно трек, двигаюсь от импульса, мыслей ноль, только я и музыка и тут она-красота💔 так хорошо и свободно мне внутри. и случилось это в один момент, всё время я говорю говорила, что не танцую, что нужна мне техника и мастерс…
