Заглянула в Remy Kitchen, он был как раз напротив моего нового проекта, а Remy, как известно, славится своей открытой кухней. Кухня обнимает зал и здесь несколько зон: - зона пекарни за стеклом с большой тестораскатой и печами рядом с этой зоной. - 🔥 josper комбо гриль, плавно переходящий в основную горячую линию в морской тематике. Кстати, здесь совсем нет настенных полок…- задумка дизайнера? 🤔 - огромная черная др…

Совсем скоро открытие новой точки Ava Bistro и LOONA pizza&pasta в ТЦ «Авиапарк» 🥂 Кухня единая на оба заведения. Видна через окна раздачи) 👀 Выделены открытые зоны под пиццу с печью Morella Forni и зона пасты, с каменными столешницами. С загрузкой хорошо справляется тепловая турецкая линейка Vortmax Линия составляется легко, модули разнообразные Под задачи кухни мы собираем их как пазл) И красиво и работает 💪

Очень интересное мини производство зефира на Центральном рынке в Воронеже . Всегда очереди и к концу дня раскупают весь зефир. За воронежским зефиром приезжают даже из других городов Без консервантов и химии, готовят сегодня- на сегодня) Ну а мы посетили три локации под три разных концепции ресторанов в центральных районах города. Сейчас запускаем проекты и скоро откроем лучшие рестораны в городе) 🔝
