اکبر جوجه در رابطه با دم کردن مرغ دقت کنید روغن نجوشه و اگه آب داخل کره تموم شد (نشونه ش اینه قابلمه از بخار کردن میافته) کمی آب اضافه کنید و اگه قابلمه تون جوری هست که درش خوب چفت نمیشه دم کنی هم بزارید😍 @GramistaPack
