Друзья!❤️ Все мы растем через кризисы. У меня он длится уже около двух месяцев. Происходит переоценка ценностей.💫 Всё поменялось: жизнь, люди, приоритеты. Но, хватит хандрить!🏋️♂️ Пора делать шаги. Важность перезагрузки и «каникул для себя» И так....Это лето я решила прожить иначе. Сказала себе: «Таня, ты имеешь право на каникулы. Даже если ты взрослая».😉 И знаете, это сработало. ☀️ Я позволила себе отдых, больше времени с детьми, солнце, лёгкость. И ощутила: перезагрузка нужна не только технике, но и нам, взрослым. Без этих «каникул для себя» я бы не смогла двинуться дальше.
