Наедине с собой Лично я, люблю одиночество, люблю ехать в машине в тишине, редко смотрю ТВ - у меня всегда есть о чем подумать, проанализировать, сделать выводы, зачем мне была дана та или иная ситуация!? Среда. Подсказка дня. Обожаю зону комфорта. Но выходить из неё очень трудно. Часто это выглядит, как насилие над собой. Хочешь что-то изменить в жизни, начни с малого: - измени маршрут до работы и обратно - почисть зубы левой рукой - смени прическу, в любом случае, волосы отрастут, если не понравится 😊 - чай вместо кофе - прогулка вместо сплетен с коллегами и тд Хорошего дня 🤩
