Лечу в Гуанчжоу из Порт Морсби. Три дня назад я взошла на самый высокий вулкан Австралии и Океании — Гилуве. Он находится в Папуа Новая Гвинея. Страна, в которой из России побывало, кажется, меньше 1000 человек. Это мой четвертый вулкан из программы «7 вулканов мира», которую на сегодня выполнили меньше 100 человек во всем мире. Я сходила на несколько гипоксических тренировок в 7 вершин Это когда ты делаешь кардио в условиях нехватки кислорода. Специальный аппарат имитирует высоту от 2000 до 6000 тысяч. Кстати, если хотите узнать, что будете чувствовать на высоте, но в горы пока боитесь, можно потестировать и понять, как оно)) Сегодня перед 4 гипоксической тренировкой померили индекс устойчивости к гипоксии. Очень жалею, что не попала на показ «Рожденные в СССР. 35 лет». Пыталась найти вчера-сегодня какие-то серии, ничего нет. Не уверена, что до официальных платформ дойдут незацензурированные версии.
