宏福苑五級火｜目前能用於較長期安置受影響居民單位尚有一千多個 政府表示，截至今日上午，共有1390名大埔宏福苑居民，入住由民政及青年事務局協調的青年宿舍或酒店房間；另有3235名居民現居於房屋局的過渡性房屋、房協項目的單位。目前能夠用於較長期安置受影響居民的單位尚有一千多個，供應足夠，位於不同區域的過渡性房屋和房協項目目前仍可提供約400個單位；位於屯門的寶田中轉房屋及位於啟德的「啟航1331」，共有約800個單位可以馬上供應。 發言人說，考慮到受火災影響居民非常緊急的情況，房屋局早前已作出特別安排，對入住過渡性房屋或房協項目的受影響居民提供住宿援助，租金全免，換言之，如有需要，受影響的居民可以較長期入住。政府會在住宿方面一直支援受影響居民，有需要的居民無需擔心相關租金開支或居住期。 另外，政府與資訊科技業界構建的物資捐獻網上平台繼續運作，團體及市民可於平台登記可捐贈的物資，政府至今共收到超過1800個登記，其中約三成由…

#金錢援助 政府今日(12月10日)就大埔宏福苑援助基金會見傳媒，指由於現時補助多以住户為對象，有見及此，將撥款提供一次性之十萬元特別補助予業主，有關補助以每户為單位。 另外，有關基金將同時用以向宏福苑居民提供中長期支援，例如考慮按需要支援受影響居民的長期住宿。 政府回應傳媒提問，指就大埔宏福苑事故的援助為「特事特辦」，超出慣常事故處理之機制，將盡快及彈性地繼續處理及安排適切善後支援。 惟政府暫時未就撥款予中長期支援之金額分佈作出確實回應。

#臨時場地支援 #庇護中心 #物資站 #服務中心 (更新於12月6日1245時) 以下更新早前於大埔區成立的三個主要庇護中心及服務中心的服務情況： 1. 中華基督教會馮梁結紀念中學 ⛔️ 早前為大埔災後綜合服務中心，現已全面停止運作，以供學校恢復運作及安排學生復課。 2. 東昌街社區會堂 ⚠️ 仍有少量生活物資供應，現已停止接收新的使用人士，但會繼續運作直至該中心的現有使用者遷往經安排的應急住宿。 3. 大埔社區中心 ✅ 為現時唯一綜合服務中心及庇護中心。 地下有查詢櫃位、跨部門支援站及登記一户一社工及申辦災民證之櫃位，同層有物資供應充裕之物資站。 一樓為醫療站，提供中、西醫義診及配藥服務，同層設有心理輔導支援服務。 相關櫃位暫未有停止運作日期，預計會運作直至此庇護中心停止運作。
#改道安排 運輸署表示，早前因火警而封閉介乎廣宏街與吐露港公路之間的一段大埔公路—元洲仔段（往九龍方向）；介乎廣福公園與皇悅居之間的一段大埔公路一元洲仔段（來回方向）；及吐露港公路（往上水方向）通往大埔公路一元洲仔段的支路已於周五(12月5日)深夜解封。 所有往大埔方向的受影響巴士路線會恢復行走原來路線，但往九龍方向仍需改道。其中，九巴第72、72A、73A和74A號線由今日首班車起，已恢復行走大埔公路—元洲仔段及大埔公路—大埔滘段。
