Необходимость учёта часовых поясов может очень усложнить задачу. Отличное видео об этом на примере такой, казалось бы, простой на первый взгляд задачи - пользователь вводит дату и время, а программа считает, сколько секунд прошло с указанного момента. https://youtu.be/-5wpm-gesOY

Что общего между сбором грибов и сбором требований?) 1. Перед сбором грибы сначала нужно найти, а требования - выявить 2. Для эффективного поиска грибов нужно знать грибные места, а для сбора требований - стейкхолдеров 3. Важно отличать съедобные грибы от несъедобных, а требования - валидировать 4. Собранные грибы нужно аккуратно сложить в корзинку, а требования - задокументировать 5. Есть ещё общее?)

Недавно на экскурсии в Выборге в библиотеке, спроектированной финским архитектором Алваром Аалто, экскурсовод подчеркнула, что здесь всё так здорово устроено и для посетителей и для работников благодаря гуманистическому подходу, который был присущ архитектору. Ещё один ингредиент работы системного аналитика - при проектировании приложений без гуманизма трудно создавать продукты, который полюбятся пользователям.
