Пару недель назад после долгого перерыва прошёл тест Политического Компаса. Ничего неожиданного, мои обычные предпочтения право-либерального толка. А несколькими днями позже, обсуждая тему с коллегами, понял, что возможно есть корреляция между политическими предпочтениями и тем, как мы управляем проектами, продуктами и людьми. Уже не помню, где впервые услышал выражение «Если бы мы хотели аплодисментов — работали бы в цирке,» но много раз использовал успокаивая себя в ситуациях, когда пользователи или начальники пропускали этап благодарности за продукт или фичу. Попробовал описать подробнее как это желание аплодисментов устроено и есть ли другие опции.

Ну хорошо, я достаточно поспорил с апокалиптическими прогнозами в отношении искусственного интеллекта. Справедливости ради давайте взглянем на ситуацию здраво и оценим не мнимые, но реальные риски для человечества и как с ними ужиться и справиться.

Написав на прошлой неделе про апокалиптические сценарии вокруг искусственного интеллекта и новостей, я подумал, что тема паники вокруг новых технологий вовсе не нова. Медийный хайп на всём «устрашающем» давно стал нормой. Поэтому я (по-старомодному) погуглил и сравнил панику вокруг интернета тридцать лет назад с сегодняшней — вокруг искусственного интеллекта.

Глядя на ситуацию изнутри, выводы как отчёта, так и дискутирующей с ним статьи предсказуемы и понятны. Корпорации по очевидным причинам не могут (официально) позволить использовать ИИ на рабочем месте без контроля — защита информации, внутренние политики, юридические риски, и так далее. Сколько медиаграмотности не обучай, а молодёжь потребляет контент не по учебникам, а как хочет — просматривает заголовки и ведётся на эмоции. Исследование проводили в США и Индии, но вряд ли в других странах результат будет иным.
