Заступник МОН, Михайло Винницький розповідає про манипулятивність щодо перетину кордону студентами іноземних ЗВО... Це дуже дивно, що в країні студент іноземного закладу освіти не має право виїхати за кордон на навчання, натомість студент українського закладу освіти таке право має. Все як завжди, "про справедливість в цьому питанні".
