Здесь пациентка пришла со сломанными временными + зубоальвеолярными выдвижениями. Не ставьте в такую ситуацию коронки, они будут либо уродливые, либо мелкие. Планирование мое, помог осуществить план и перенести это всё в 3д - наша ортодонт. После скана, я передала ортодонту тз - изменить положение нижних и верхних резцов в небольшую ретрузию + раздвинуть двойки ближе к центру, чтобы они стояли четко между 1 и 3. Это позволило мне сделать две коронки чтобы закрыть большую трему и сделать так, чтобы эти коронки не были уродливо огромными и не слишком широкими своей латерал…

Я не реставратор и особенно не люблю делать фронт, но тут получилось нормально. Делюсь секретом моего стабильно одинакового протокола подбора цвета: первый слой жидкий А3, далее границу ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО, чтобы не было серой линии перекрыть А3Д гармонайз, а сверху проложить оптишейд дарк. И вот такой результат вышел. 11,12 реста в день фото, 21,22 ресте уже 1 неделя.
