آقای #شگویا این چه گزارشیه داداش؟ اون بخش انرژی مصرفی ماهانه تو کدال رو گذاشتن که شما مبلغ مصرف انرژیتو اونجا بزنی ماه به ماه. الان این هزینه 700 میلیاردی برق مصرفی چیه که مازاد بر هزینه انرژی آوردی تو سربار؟ هزینه پساب صنعتی تو سایر عملیاتی هم که تو 3 سال گذشته زیر 2% مبلغ فروش بوده تو بهار شده حدود 4%. یعنی شرکتی هستی که همیشه سوپرایز داری تو گزارشات. تاسف! @stock_tahlils

#روانکار به چشم مشتری یه بررسی بکنید. شرکتای این گروه 2 دسته سبد محصول دارن. یکی سبد روغن موتور بنزینی/دیزلی که نرخگذاری دستوری داره و یکی کل سایر محصولاتشون که تو بازار داخلی و صادراتی براساس نرخهای جهانی و کشش بازار میفروشن. نمودار بالا تغییرات نرخ سبد محصول با نرخگذاری مثلا دستوری بهران رو نشون میده. در جریان هم هستید که شرکتها تو دوره جنگ نرخ لوبکاتی که فرمولش وابسته به نفت کوره س رو با نرخای فریز شده قبلی میخ…

#شمواد این شرکت زیرمجموعه شپلی هست و محصولش که DMT عه ماده اولیه واحد پلیاستر شپلی حساب میشه. تا چندسال قبل و بخاطر بیصاحب بودن شمواد، شپلی این محصول رو بزخری میکرده از شرکت و اگر به صورت مالیای شمواد نگاه کنین تا سال 400 تقریبا سربهسر یا زیانده بوده از سال 401 و با تغییرات مدیریتی تو شمواد چندتا تغییر اساسی تو روند عملیاتی و مالی شرکت اتفاق افتاده: 1. نرخ فروش DMT به شپلی فرموله شده و یجورایی حالت کاست پلاس پیدا …

#غکورش شایعهای به گوش رسیده بود که برای مواد غذایی ارز ترجیحی و ثابت جدید 112.5 هزار تومانی اعمال شده و تغییر نخواهد داشت. خب افشای دیروز غکورش این شایعه رو رد کرد. حالا ساده و سرانگشتی شرکت رو بررسی کنیم. 4.5 همت سود عملیاتی تو 9 ماهه که حدود 500 میلیاردش سود فروش محصولات بجز روغنه (دانه و کنجاله و ذرت). یعنی 4 همت با 179 هزار تن فروش. یعنی تنی 22 میلیون تومن. حالا نرخ فروش 3-3.5 برابر شده. شما اصلا بگو حاشیه هم ک…

بالاخره اروند برای IPO ارزشگذاری شد. چقدر؟ 55 همت! ولی احتمالا خاطرتون هست که این شرکت 2 سال پیش هم بابت انتقال مالکیت 20% از سهامش از اهداف به نوری، ارزشگذاری شده بود. چقدر؟ 75 همت!!! بله. 2سال قبل. مهر 402. تازه واسه 1 سیت هیئت مدیره گرفتن نوری تو اروند 20% پریمیوم هم رو این عدد کشیده بودن. در حالیکه 4 تا سیت دیگه دست خود هلدینگ فارس بوده و عملا تغییری تو ساختار تصمیمگیری مدیریتی اروند قرار نبوده اتفاق بیفته. ب…
