Квартиры в новостройках Москвы взлетели в цене на 35,2% всего за год. Средняя стоимость жилья выросла с 35 до 47 млн рублей, а рост цен зафиксирован в 11 из 12 округов столицы, выяснили аналитики. Сильнее всего квартиры подорожали в ЮЗАО — на 41,3%, в НАО — на 37,3% и в САО — на 33,3%. Единственным исключением стал ЦАО, где средняя стоимость квартиры снизилась на 0,2% — до 239,4 млн рублей. @ecotopor
