Я — ЛОР, но кашель 3 месяца заставил меня вспомнить про коклюш у взрослых. Взрослый кашель, который не проходит 3 месяца — это не просто «остаточный» или «хронический» кашель. На прием обратился мужчина 40 лет он хотел услышать второе мнение ЛОР врача. Жалобы на приступообразный сухой кашель, усиливающийся ночью, в горизонтальном положении, с вязкой слизью. Когда два курса антибиотиков не помогли — третий я не назначаю Ко мне пришла пациентка с бактериальным синуситом. Она уже пролечила два курса антибактериальной терапии. Динамика была — но неполная. После второго курса снова сохранялось стекание слизи по задней стенке глотки. Если бы причина была только в пазухах — после 7–10 дней правильного антибиотика воспаление прошло бы полностью. Оно не прошло. Значит, есть что…

Выходной — не выходной, когда есть КТ Решила провести выходной с пользой — разобрала компьютерные томограммы пациентов. И родилась мысль поделиться с вами: ЛОР — это не «промыть носик и капли в нос». Я ЛОР-врач, и это страница про мою работу. Подписчиков пока немного, но мне очень хочется делиться тем, что происходит в ежедневной практике. Плотный прием, много повторных визитов. И это самое лучшее, что может быть в практике — видеть, как пациенты возвращаются уже здоровыми! Каждое «спасибо» и каждый букет — это доказательство того, что мы на верном пути. Когда пациент выздоравливает, для врача это главная награда и лучший подарок. Спасибо за доверие!
