А у нас сегодня главный норвежский праздник — День Конституции! Сегодня единственный день в году, когда норвежские дети могут съесть столько мороженого, сколько они хотят. В остальное время — только по субботам. Но мы конечно же этого правила не придерживаемся. 🤪 Да и не все норвежские дети тоже. 😉

🔤🔤🔤🔤🔤 Обещала рассказать по поводу углеводов и рассказываю: В январе я сильно болела, у меня была атипичная пневмония. Единственное, что держало меня на плаву — варёная сгущёнка. 🤪 И вот спустя месяц я выздоровела, а привычка есть сгущёнку ложками осталась. А с ней и тройка килограммов. Которые держатся по сей день. 😡 А не есть, ведя такой чересчур активный образ жизни, тяжело. Я просто рискую свалиться на пятом …

Сегодняшнее доброе утро начинается с овсянки и «Как я встретил вашу маму». Сто тысяч раз начинала смотреть этот сериал и сто тысяч раз заканчивала на втором сезоне. Но вот в этот раз продержалась аж до шестого. Так гляди и до конца досмотрю. 🤪 Решила тут проэкспериментировать с питанием. Никогда не любила есть овсянку на завтрак, не потому что она мне не нравится, а потому что мне после неё нужно ещё полежать. Но б…

С почином меня! Сегодня впервые попробовала энергетический гель, но учитывая, что сегодня тренировочный день не задался, ни он, ни литр выпитой по дороге воды не помогли. 🤪 Не знаю, что именно виновато: винишко перед сном или восстановительная неделя. Но очень надеюсь, что завтра будет лучше. 🙃
