про вес и лишние килограммы 🫠 дисклеймер: у меня очень непростые отношения с телом и, периодически, с едой. я тот человек, который наденет самую свободную закрытую одежду на тренировку, если отекла, если вздуло живот, если набрала пару кг. я придираюсь к себе ВСЕГДА, даже когда всего пару месяцев назад хвасталась своими кубиками на животе — и тогда мне казалось «вот еще тут поправить и будет идеально» но «идеально»…

сегодня началось мое сопровождение у тренера! где-то в октябре-ноябре, уже спустя почти целый год регулярных тренировок (у меня их 4-6 в неделю) я почувствовала, что мне не хватает тренировочного плана: я не знаю нюансов, не понимаю когда можно повышать нагрузку, когда снижать, как составлять себе тренировки под мои цели учитывая, что я не просто качаюсь в зале, а ещё много бегаю и в отдельные дни делаю беговые и п…

вчера в ночном маниакальном порыве было решено расширять аудиторию ещё и за счет других соцсетей — начала вести тикток за сутки +49 подписчиков, ну и лайков вот уже за 1500 набежало все потому что начали готовить один проект с рецептами, в который я очень верю, а значит трафик нужно удвоить ✊🏻 (надеюсь, в этом году смогу ещё полноценно запустить ютуб)
