Вячеславу Мурашкинцеву сегодня исполнилось 69 лет. Один из лидеров "Искры", в 1979 году завоевавшей путевку в первую союзную лигу. Играя на правом фланге атаки, за два года выступлений за смоленскую команду забил 23 мяча. Еще 3 гола в семи матчах на Кубок СССР, соперники в котором были рангом выше.
