Сегодня мы получили уведомление от Google, что наш аккаунт разработчика заблокирован, а приложения в Google Play недоступны. Приложения, которые уже установлены на устройствах гостей, продолжат работать. Сейчас мы разбираемся в деталях случившегося и прорабатываем дальнейшие шаги. Работа сервиса СМС-Агент восстановлена.
Ранее озвученное время восстановления, к сожалению, не подтвердилось — проблема в зоне ru-central1-b на серверах Yandex Cloud была решена, но, к сожалению, сервис СМС-Агент на текущий момент продолжает восстанавливать работу со своей стороны. Точные сроки восстановления сейчас уточняются. Мы продолжаем мониторинг ситуации и сразу сообщим, как только появится обновление. Приносим извинения за доставленные неудобства.
Из-за частичной недоступности сетевых дисков в зоне ru-central1-b на серверах Yandex Cloud интегрированный в Smartofood сервис СМС-Агент работает нестабильно. Поэтому авторизация на сайтах и в приложениях через звонок и SMS временно может быть недоступна. Партнёр оценивает восстановление в 1–2 часа. Мы наблюдаем за ситуацией: если что-то изменится, то дополнительно напишем здесь.
Что произошло: В дата-центре Yandex Cloud случилась авария с системой энергоснабжения (подробнее: https://status.yandex.cloud/ru/incidents/1129), вызвавшая временную недоступность части сайтов на протяжении примерно 9 часов.
