日前，黄雪琴、王建兵在被拘留近一千天之后，以煽动颠覆国家政权罪分别被判处五年和三年六个月徒刑，这一新闻在英文、日文、中文的不少媒体上都得到了报道。Made in China Journal今天的这篇文章指出，报道存在明显的不公。媒体倾注了更大篇幅描述黄雪琴，对王建兵大多一笔带过，并把「雪饼案」简化成女权案件，忽视在两人受审过程中非常重要的行动者网络组织建设和关怀的问题以及劳工问题。 在社运行动者的报道中，聚光灯被放在更「显赫」的行动者身上是常有的状况。在中文语境内，先前李翘楚、许志永受审之时，部分媒体聚焦许志永，忽视李翘楚的能动性的问题就广受批评，李翘楚的声援者也注重还原她自己作为有独立政治关怀和判断的行动者的面相。对报道生态的批判性讨论，背后隐含的是运动伦理的问题，尤其是报道如何避免复制社运群体内部由于光环和名誉所带来的不平等结构的问题。在充满审核、监控和政治风险的环境内，这样的讨论尤为重要。 https://madein…

近期端传媒上有两篇非常值得对比阅读的文章，一篇是吉汉在魏昂德（Andrew Walder）的研究的基础上对文革时期的动荡成因进行的深刻分析。这篇文章聚焦基层造反派的斗争方式与共产党高层决定的互动关系，明确指出造反派运动走向派系斗争的“内爆”，共产党高层的军事介入负有不可推卸的责任，对于我们重新理解文革时期的“动乱”有非常大的帮助。该文已可以直接阅读：https://labourwiki.org/theinitium/20231023-1.html 。另一篇则是今天发表的关于文革记忆在八十年代以降中国公共空间的使用形式的文章（长截图已附上）。在历史与历史叙事的比较之间，我们可以发现作为符号的文革与文革本身的历史进程之间的巨大差异。换句话说，这个在中国公共空间里反复被作为比喻对象的历史事件，我们对其恐怕所知甚少。过于依赖于80年代以来公共空间对文革的叙述方式，反而可能既局限了我们对历史的理解，也局限了我们对未来的判断。

一些朋友可能已经听说了，最近上海的一位“陈某”因为出版发行非法出版物而被判处有期徒刑一年半、缓刑一年半（https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/p287vzmKTFq6dVvkF5JZMw ）。也有一些朋友注意到，这位陈某参与的“51人”项目曾于两年前组织翻译、出版了《每日的工人阶级史》中文版。甚至在“上海扫黄打非”官方公众号发布的通告文章所附的办案现场插图中，就能看到地上搁着一摞《每日的工人阶级史》。在当局政治镇压手法与动因变得愈发魔幻的今天，独立出版也难免更加举步维艰。在此将《每日的工人阶级史》中文版pdf分享给大家，以此向“51人”之前的尝试与努力表达敬意。

不久之前，由Netflix电视剧《人选之人——造浪者》引发的新一轮#MeToo运动波及了民运圈。包括王丹在内的若干名民运圈内知名人士被指控曾有性骚扰或性侵行为。圈内相关人士的反应，进一步说明了一个过去几年前反复出现的现象：中国新一代政治行动者，与上一代民运人士之间的代际裂痕正在逐步扩大。端传媒今天这篇文章从多方面分析了这个问题。中国的民运一代成长于非常特殊的政治环境中：在他们走上政治舞台的年代里，知识精英比起社会的其他阶层而言，获得文化资本以及影响力要容易得多。或许这种不平等在每个时代、每个地区都广为存在，但在八十年代的中国体现得极为明显。他们的成长经历首先塑造了他们对政治行动策略的理解，让他们长期将沙龙式的知识传播作为核心的行动手段；其次塑造了他们对政治能动性的理解，让「孤胆英雄」式的行为模式成为他们视野里几乎仅有的发挥能动性的手段；最后也塑造了他们对异议、权力限制、特权和性别关系等一系列问题的态度，使他们几乎从未直面来自权力…
