Петр Ефимович Щетинкин не нуждается в представлении - полный Георгиевский кавалер, офицер 29-го Сибирского стрелкового полка, один из руководителей партизанского движения в Енисейской губернии. Позднее - командир Красной армии, пленивший барона Унгерна, и один из создателей пограничных войск в Сибири. 👤П.Е. Щетинкин был убит в Улан-Баторе в 1927 г. В октябре того же года героя Гражданской войны торжественно похорони…
