Каждый раз делая одно и то же действие учишься чему-то новому. Ровно год назад я был первый раз в Китае и мы отобрали 7 моделей на сезон, из которых 4 были старые (мы их уже продавали предыдущим летом), поэтому фактически выбор был только 3 моделей. В этом году собрали 18 моделей из которых только 1 модель старая, плюс еще 6-7 моделей на которые заказ сформируем уже из Москвы. Ассортимент мы еще расширим, когда появя…

Сейчас многие селлеры, которые активно росли в 2025 году, находятся в точке принятия очень важного решения определяющего работу крайних 4 месяцев года) я вместе с ними. Сейчас нужно понять хватит ли мощности рычага для достижения плана. Пока все выглядит очень сложной задачей, но выгодной)

И раз уж я вышел в эфир, то тоже немного подниму тему падения СПП. Каждый год происходит одно и тоже - в августе СПП снижается и потом вырастает ближе к зимнему сезону постепенно. Но почему-то каждый год все только и говорят, что торговли такой не будет и так далее. Да, такой скидки, как в летний сезон обычно не дают, но тем не менее) Так что не переживайте, в этом году вероятнее всего будет тоже самое.

В сезоне есть две задачи: 1. Заработать денег. 2. Распродать товар. Всё остальное просто сопутствующее. Еще подумал, что в прошлом летнем сезоне у нас были две модели в разных цветах и фокусироваться на них было просто. В этом году кратно больше артикулов и команда, совершенно другие процессы, точки контроля - с каждым днем я понимаю, что могу контролировать все меньше процессов и стараюсь всегда для себя вычленить …

Сухумская набережная тихая и почти безлюдная - это непривычно после заполненных, даже в несезон, Сочинских. Только длинная очередь в «Брехаловку» (кофейня, где готовят кофе по-Сухумски), создает эффект присутствия людей. Рядом за столами мужчины играют в нарды. 100 дней президентства Трампа. Вроде бы вчера еще обсуждали станет или нет, а сейчас прошло уже более 3 месяцев. Время летит незаметно и за эти 100 дней юань значительно ослабился к рублю - это радует. Общаюсь много с другими поставщиками и сравниваю себя с ними. Когда я работал учителем физической культуры в школе, то несколько лет подряд готовил детей к олимпиаде по этому предмету. Ох как давно у меня есть внутренняя потребность продолжить вести блог и единственное, что меня останавливает это то, что я не смогу быть здесь честным до конца (ввиду своих внутренних ограничений, страхов и прочее) и тогда это будет похоже на фотогалерею в моем айфон - там запечатлены все хорошие моменты - вот я катаюсь на Эндуро в Мурманске, вот мы семьей отдыхаем на пляже и купаемся в бассейне, вот ездим по Абхазии…
