לא הבנתי את התירוץ העלוב של בוזי לדחיית החלטתו בבקשת החנינה - שקודם הצדדים ינסו להגיע להסדר טיעון. הרי הצדדים זה המדינה נ' רוה"מ, ובחנינה הוא בשם המדינה. רוצה לומר, החנינה היא תחליף לניהול ההליך במצב הנתון. הרי אם יגיעו להסדר טיעון מתייתר הצורך בחנינה. פשוט נעל. אותו דבר עשה שהיה גישור בענין הרפורמה המשפטית, גם אז כשהקפלניסטית התקפלו, הוא מילא פיו מים.

לא מבין את העתירה של היועמשית להדחת בן גביר בנימוק של פוליטיזציה של המשטרה. שתעתור נגד כל החלטה ספציפית שלו שבאמצעותה הוא משפיע פוליטית על התפקוד. זה כמו שבמקום לעתור נגד החלטה של רשות כזו או אחרת, נעתור לפטר את מי שנתן את ההחלטה.
