یک فاجعهی زامبیوار در شهر فیلادلفیا رخ داده است. خیابانهای این شهر آمریکایی به طور واقعی توسط هزاران معتاد، که در حالتهایی غیرطبیعی و شبیه به مردگان فیلمهای ترسناک قرار گرفتهاند، اشغال شدهاند. علت این اتفاق، یک محمولهی بزرگ از فنتانیل بسیار ارزان و بسیار خطرناک است. این مادهی مخدر مصنوعی (از رسته اوپیوئیدها)، اعتیاد فوری و شدیدی ایجاد میکند و مصرف بیش از حد آن اغلب منجر به مرگ میشود.
