🔻در توضیح و تکمیل مواضع شورای صنفی دربارهٔ وضعیت غذای سلف، ذکر نکتهای ضروری است. انتقاد اصلی ما، تا حد زیادی، نه به عملکرد آشپزها و کارکنانی است که در سلف مشغول به کارند، بلکه نقد ما متوجه ساختاری است که از زیر بار مسئولیت خود شانه خالی کرده است. در واقع، ما منتقد ساختاری هستیم که با پولیسازی مسئلهٔ آموزش، سال به سال بودجهٔ تخصیصیافته به این حوزه را کاهش داده و هزینهٔ تحصیل علم برای دانشجویان را افزایش داده است. ب…
