Так было у меня, думаю также если не у многих, то у кого-то точно) Пока работала в найме, имела определенные обязательства и даже когда возникали желания что-то менять, то 1) Был страх, что все пойдет по плохому сценарию, если примешь решение и начнешь новый путь, новое дело.
