🚨کسر پارکینگ: - تامین پارکینگ در شعاع اطراف ملک مورد نظر ممنوع است. - شهرداری حق ندارد مالک را مجبور کند پارکینگ را در ملک دیگر یا شعاع ۱۰۰–۲۰۰ متر تامین کند. - عوارض کسری پارکینگ غیرقانونی است و شوراها حق وضع آن را ندارند. - تنها مسیر قانونی در این خصوص جریمه تبصره ۵ ماده ۱۰۰ در صورت عدم امکان اصلاح پارکینگ میباشد. - مساحت پارکینگ ۲۵ مترمربع برای هر واحد میباشد. @sefrtasadshahri
