пришло время новых шагов. часть моих облигаций из фарм отрасли скоро будут погашаться, а значит назрело время выполнить новый ресерч. добавил еще несколько бумажек, в этот раз производителей всяких селитр, заправщиков самолетов и тд. сейчас пока что все еще получается удерживаться доходность больше 20% с приемлемыми рисками. даже не смотря на падающую ставку.

очередная денежная медитация господа. новые достижения в отпускном портфеле. появилась новая отметка — 10 000 ₽ ежемесячно. помню примерно столько же у меня было в ресторанном портфеле еще полтора года назад https://t.me/sechenov_crypto/126 конечно темпы роста меня абсолютно не устраивают так и хочется завтра просто увеличить портфель х3 одним кликом, но я понимаю что это того не стоит лучше получить опыт планомер…
