درود و عرض ادب برای ثبت معافیت تحصیلی در سامانه سخا حتما لازم است محل تحصیل قبلی شما اتمام معافیت تحصیلی شما را در سامانه سخا ثبت نموده باشد. اگر مقطع قبلی شما در سامانه سخا فعال باشد امکان ثبت درخواست معافیت ندارید و خطا (طبق تصویر زیر👇) به شما میدهد.

درود و عرض ادب دانشجویان مشمول معافیت تحصیلی ورودی سال ۱۴۰۴ که تاریخ فارغ التحصیل مقطع قبلی آنها در تیر،مرداد و شهریور ماه سال ۱۴۰۳ میباشد نگران غیبت و تاریخ تایید معافیت مقطع جدیدشان در دانشگاه شهید بهشتی نباشند. این دسته از دانشجویان بعد از ثبت درخواست معافیت در سامانه سخا دیگر نیاز به اقدامی ندارند تا دانشگاه به نوبت از ۱۵ آبان درخواست های معافیت را تایید کند.
