Действия, описанные ст. 199.2 УК очень похожи на банкротные преступления. Под эту статью попадают, например: 1) перевод имущества другому лицу тогда, когда существует налоговая недоимка 2) передача прав требования и другое - все это делается для того, чтобы имущество не было арестовано.

Интересный текст. Особенно понравилось узнать про то, что юриспруденция - "искусство добра и справедливости", но искусство при этом, с точки зрения древних авторов отличается от науки тем, что наука познает новое, а искусство - создает новое. https://www.hse.ru/news/173447289.html
