سید غنی نظری با اشاره به اینکه انتصابات توسط افراد خاص انفاق می افتاد و ما از دور فقط نظاره گر بودیم، گفت: دلمان می خواست در انتصابات دخالت کنیم ولی حقیفت ان است، زورمان نمی رسید و فقط توانستم جلوی تغییر چند مدیر را بگیرم. @savalankhabar

اذعان به فقر استان اردبیل سید عاملی استاندار اردبیل گفت؛ درآمد استان اردبیل نسبت به کشور نصف است و وقتی ما این موضوع را در جلسات مطرح می کنیم، نه تنها باور نمی کنند بلکه تعجب هم می کنند که چرا این استان با داشتن این همه منابع هنوز در شاخص ها دچار عقب ماندگی است. @savalankhabar
