Друзья, вышел документальный сериал «Подозревается еда». Седьмая серия - про соль. В целом приятно получилось, отмечу только один момент, по поводу рекомендаций ВОЗ. Вокруг рекомендации 5 грамм соли в сутки довольно много контекста (возраст, вес, образ жизни, давление, климат и т.д), который в передачах игнорируют.
