По всей видимости охрана занялась творчеством. По другому это не объяснить. Нас же уверяют, что на территории нет посторонних. А новое граффити появляется.
Видеозапись была выполнена без использования ускоренной съёмки и прерывания. На видеозаписи, сделанной в апреле и мае, можно наблюдать 90% территории строительной площадки, а также отсутствие патрулирования охраной, несмотря на официальные заявления о её наличии. Вероятно, нет необходимости в дополнительных комментариях. В течение всего периода нахождения на площадке застройщик не предпринял действий по восстановлению забора и обеспечению охраны. Только частично залатал дыры и только после множества обращений в ведомства. Никого не смущают толпы детей на стройплощадке, свободный доступ на нее в 50 метрах от детской площадки.

Ситуация на строительной площадке остается неизменной. Помимо присутствия детей, никакой активности не было. Сотрудники охраны ограничились парковкой автомобиля и последующим отсутствием на территории. Следы снежного покрова свидетельствуют о ее отсутствие. На расстоянии 10 метров от предыдущего входа уже новый проход. Ремонт ограждения безусловно нужен для предотвращения нахождения посторонних лиц, особенно несовершеннолетних, но главное необходимо организовать постоянное дежурство охраны.
