Решил попробовать еще одну легенду. Первая эмоция - это радость, что вино не испорчено. На вкус - грибы и эвкалипт . В целом вино самодостаточное, его можно пить без гастрономического сопровождения. Очень хорошее, но не «вау», меджика нет. Через пару часов в открытой бутылке выдыхается и сдувается. За эти деньги больше не куплю, Кто,сука, придумал в Эппле, это жидкое стекло, пусть горит в аду.

Эпиграф. - Сколько денег вы готовы потратить на вино? - Готов 500 рублей, но есть только 250. В жизни любителя вина, которому ковид изрядно попортил вкусовые ощущения, в какой-то момент возникает вопрос - а что делать со своей коллекцией? Продолжать пить или начать продавать? Я для себя ответ на этот вопрос пока не нашёл. Но одну бутылку решил всё-таки выпить. Ибо галочку перед фразой "Я пил Петрюс" надо поставить…

Я настороженно отношусь к красным бургундским винам урожая 2018 года. Очень часто попадаются либо испорченные, либо откровенно слабые. Так что данную бутылку открывал с пессимизмом. Но вино умеет удивлять (за это мы его и любим). Это оказалось очень хорошим. Бархатная текстура, на грани с лёгкими танинами, тёмная красная ягода. И был сюрприз. Я часто читаю, что в топовой красной бургундии уровня Романе Конти встречае…
