Несколько лет назад я получила сертификат командного коуча и написала в соцсетях: «Ура, поздравьте меня, я теперь командный коуч!» Ко мне в комменты пришла моя знакомая-продажник и сказала: «Ну кто так пишет о сертификате! Я завидую людям, у которых в сложных ситуациях включается режим "бей". "Беги" тоже вариант, хотя бы движение какое-то происходит. Моя реакция - "замри". Синдром суслика. В прямом смысле. Рекомендую книгу, которую сейчас с увлечением читаю. И, казалось бы, я прекрасно знаю автора, была участником некоторых событий, которые описываются в книге.
