Вина, которые я дегустировала в октябре. И они мне понравились. ☀️ «Шумринка Пробус 2018», 1000₽ по акции в «Перекрестке». Аромат сначала как будто застенчивый, тёрн, черные ягоды, немного кожи. Вкус запредельно мягкий, эластичный, сочно-ягодный, черноплодный с горелыми нотами (напомнил любимый мною «цимлянский черный»). Красные вина ─ редко моя история, но «Пробус» ─ это чистый сок, когда кислотность красиво окаймл…

Профдефформация в полный рост. В первый же день отпуска нашла и в Архызе винный след. Статуя «Держатель чаши» датируется VIII-XII вв., на поясе у него висит типичная для того времени сабля, которую он держит левой рукой за рукоять, правой рукой прижимает к груди кубок, как будто говорит: «Друзьям – чаша, врагам – меч». Статуя прожила столько веков, но была обезглавлена варварами в наши дни. @russianwines
