22–23 сентября в Сеченовском университете мне посчастливилось встретиться с профессором Jung Hwan Baek (Южная Корея), который в 2002 году одним из первых в мире начал применять радиочастотную абляцию для лечения узлов щитовидной железы.
Удалось не только послушать его лекцию, но и увидеть работу вживую. Особенно ценно перенимать опыт у человека…
Не каждый узел щитовидной железы нужно оперировать!

Показания могут быть разными: большой доброкачественный узел с деформацией шеи, функциональная автономия, микрокарциномы до 1

Лечение узлов щитовидной железы без операции.

Сегодня у меня на приёме была пациентка с грубым рубцом после операции на щитовидной железе.
Смотрю на него и понимаю, насколько сильно изменилась хирургия.
От большого разреза на шее до небольшой точки от прокола кожи.
Конечно, операция иногда необходима. Но сегодня часть узлов и опухолей щитовидной железы можно лечить значительно бережнее, без разреза и удаления органа .

Два насыщенных дня в Санкт-Петербурге.
Работал в клинике «Тировел» вместе с Виктором Алексеевичем Макарьиным. За это время мы совместно провели шесть процедур термоабляции узлов щитовидной железы.

Закончилась вторая учебная неделя в Пекине.
За это время мы увидели около 50 процедур термоабляции, разобрали множество сложных клинических случаев и получили огромное количество самой современной информации по лечению заболеваний щитовидной железы.
Но больше всего меня впечатлил не сам учебный процесс. Я понимал, что уровень обучения будет очень высоким.
Меня впечатлила организация процесса.
