Иммунитет и так подсел после гонок, а я сверху ещё «помог» — две недели спал как попало, недобирал часы, гонял себя дальше итог простой: вирус, температура 38 самое забавное — при том, что у меня дома уже целая лаборатория БАДов но оказалось всё банально: если нет сна и восстановления, никакие банки не спасают вторая неделя без тренировок организм просто сказал «стоп» и всё
