اینجا قدیمیترین بیمارستان روانی شهره که الان تبدیل به موزه و مرکز فرهنگی شده با هدف بهبود سلامت روان. بخشهای مختلف هنری و فرهنگی داشت و یه سری آثار هنری اونجا بودن که هم در اعتراض به عدم توجه کافی به سلامت روان ساخته شدن، و هم بعضی بیمارهایی که قبلا اونجا بستری بودن درست کرده بودن.
