سخن آخر، مهمترین چیزی که در مسیر کنکور وجود داره، نه منِ مشاور، نه دبیر مدرسه و نه کلاسهای کنکوره. مهمترین چیز، خود شمایید که باید از هرچیز دیگه ای بجز درس تو این یکسال چشم بپوشین. کسی که درس زیاد میخونه و درست، قلق درس خوندن رو پیدا میکنه؛ تست زیاد میزنه؛ و نهایتا سطح علم مقطعی ش رو به دبیرش نزدیکتر میکنه. اگر همه فکر و ذکرتون درست درس خوندن باشه، موفق میشید و اگر درگیر حاشیه ها بشید، از بهترین ورژن خودتون فرسنگ…

صحبت اول پاسخ به این سواله که چرا رفتم؟ من همیشه جلسهی اول به دانش آموزانم میگم که موفقیت تعریفی نداره؛ ولی فرد موفق رو به راحتی میتونیم تشخیص بدیم. برای اینکه فرد موفقی بشیم، باید اهداف کوتاهمدتمون رو گاهی فدای هدف بلندمدتمون کنیم. همیشه گفتم و خواهم گفت که هیچوقت هیچوقت به چیزی که دارید قانع نباشید و برای رسیدن به جاهای بهتر، تلاش کنید. من هم به عنوان کسی که تاحالا به هزاران نفر این توصیه رو کردم، خودم رو مشمول…
دانشآموزان عزیزم، الآن که این پیام رو مینویسم، در ایران ساعت ۴ صبحه و در جایی که من هستم (لس آنجلس) ساعت ۱۶.۳۰ دقیقه ظهر. بخاطر یک سری اتفاقات غیرقابل پیشبینی، فرآیند ادامه تحصیل من درخاک امریکا تسریع شد و مجبور شدم زودتر از چیزی که قرار بود، از شغل مشاورهی کنکور بازنشست بشم. در چند خط بعدی، میخوام کمی باهاتون صحبت کنم و چند پیشنهاد رو به عنوان وصیت انتهایی باهاتون به اشتراک بگذارم.
