В этом году на рынке купила с корнями, тоже немного подержала в воде и высадила. Всё хорошо, растёт …

Вчера наши сваты угостили малиной с дачи. Часть заморозила, остальную сварила утром. Самое смешное, заглянула в свой сборник «Баночка варенья» как варить малину. Как будто забыла.😂

УНИВЕРСАЛЬНОЕ тесто для пельменей, вареников и мантов. Яйцо 1 шт Соль 1 ч.л. без горки Растительное масло 1 ст.л. Мука 540 гр. или 4 стакана Вода кипяток 220 мл или 1 стакан Смешать яйцо, соль, растительное масло, всыпать муку. Сверху налить кипяток. Замесить осторожно ложкой или в планетарном миксере. Вымесить гладкое тесто, оставить в закрытом контейнере на 20-30 минут. Тесто замечательно раскатывается, пельмени…

Завтра расскажу про тесто для пельменей, которое не липнет к рукам и к скалке. Тоже позаимствовала в интернете.))

Вчера решила приготовить пельмени и вспомнила про эту красную штуку.🤗 Мне понравились. Пельмешки получаются маленькие, аккуратные. Вареники ещё не пробовала лепить. У кого есть такая «воронка»?😅
