У меня лайфхак для практикующих в "не-ЕМИАС" клиниках врачей и объявление. Как известно, федеральные центры и коммерческие клиники в массе к системе ЕМИАС не подключены (что очень жалко, но как есть). Поэтому большинство врачей (и я среди них) грустно вздыхают, когда приходит пациент с пустыми руками и говорит - ну у меня же всё в ЕМИАСЕ... А теперь немного полезного для практикующих ревматологов. Для оценки активности ревматической полимиалгии есть индекс - PMR-AS, и он довольно удобен и объективен. И, что хорошо, позволяет увязать клинику и анализы в одно уравнение, и не надо доказывать, что пациент в обострении, если СРБ в норме, а рук поднять не может. Наблюдение из жизни. Пациенты очень часто уделяют большое внимание тому, что суставы начали болеть только слева, или, наоборот, только справа. На самом деле, справа или слева - значения не имеет, ну разве что речь не идёт о более нагружаемой руке (ведущей), и не при аутоиммунных заболеваниях (ортопедические проблемы).
