В качестве забавного примера давайте разберем процесс покупки еды в супермаркете. В процессе шоппинга вы заключаете договор купли-продажи еды, верно? Соответственно, предлагаю поразмышлять, когда происходит Antrag и Annahme (напишу ответ вечером).

В Германии есть такое понятие как "договор купли-продажи" (Kaufvertrag). Заключение такого договора регулируется BGB (Гражданским кодексом). Заключение договора купли-продажи происходит в два этапа. Из плохих же новостей. В Германии - динамическая шкала подоходного налога. Налог на доход плавно растет в зависимости от размера дохода и доходит до 42% или даже 45% (пунктирная линия на графике ниже). Недавно разговаривали с другом, затронули тему инвестиций в недвижимость. И он повторил довольно распространенную мантру о том, что сейчас недвижимость неоправданно дорога и, дескать, молодежь не может ее купить. В нашем же случае арендатор приехал в субботу и сразу заселился. Его ситуация - он в Мюнхене на пару лет по работе, работает на американскую корпорацию и много в разъездах.
