В любой непонятной ситуации иди в тренажерку. Я серьёзно 🤓 Повышается дофамин и следовательно общий тонус и настроение. Мои 75-летние родители так делают. Тренажёры-бассейн-сауна. И так каждый день. Их бодрости даже я могу позавидовать!

Вспомнила одну историю про свою школьную учительницу истории. Ни для кого не секрет, что среднее образование ни в какие времена не было направлено на развитие творческого мышления.
