В доме «ЗИЛАРТ МАРК», который «Группа ЛСР» планирует сдать в Москве на год раньше срока, вовсю идет монтаж фасадных модулей. Да не простых, а золотых ярких 🎨 и надежных: их собирают в заводских условиях и привозят на стройку готовыми — с окнами и утеплением.
По задумке архитекторов, полностью готовые фасады 43-этажной башни будут напоминать картину «Композиция с красным, синим и желтым» знам…
Модули вещь! Себестоимость выше, но экономия на сроках строительства и процентах на банковское финансирование это окупает. Посчитать аккуратно экономику перед началом реализации ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО!
МПТ и ВРИ
В нашей речи, особенно профессиональной, очень любят сокращения на 3 буквы. Возможно, эта любовь развивается еще потому, что легче отличить человека «в теме» или «не в теме», используя всякие сокращения в формате «КРТ, СКБ, УВК, КСО, ТЭП, РнС и т. д.». Поэтому будем немного погружать окружающих в те или иные сокращения из трех букв.
