My experience of quitting after 3 years daily use To summarize, I was taking about 8-10g daily (leaf) for 3 years. 4g in the morning and 4g in the afternoon. I quit cold turkey 4 weeks ago and had 0 withdrawal symptoms or cravings whatsoever. Is white kratom supposed to taste much better than green ones?
