Долгие годы моей любимой переводческой ошибкой был Жорж Луи Бурже (один мастер художественного слова принял человека по имени Jorge Luis Borges за француза). Но сегодня, читая «Диалог» Роберта Макки, я с удивлением узнал, что Клайв Стейплз Льюис, оказывается, был не только писателем и богословом, но ещё и стендап-комиком. Полез в оригинальный текст выяснять, что же случилось — и не был разочарован!
