Slowmo ... watch the dude in the red sweatshirt. The ground is clean before he comes through. Looks like he's holding something away from his body to disperse on the ground. After he comes through, you can see the ground now has blood appear.
The camera person is in the next car but somehow is recording video of an event in the car behind. The person in the red hoodie actually stops two people for a photo op while behind them the fake blood guy lays down. A lady in a red jacket appears to be putting fake blood on the ground.
