سلام عزیزدلممم💚💚💚 این مواردی ک پایین میگم رو دونه دونه انجام بده همشون تاثیر خیلی زیادی در سرعت نتیجه گیری و رفع انسداد دارن : راجب ی ساب با موضوع تغییر بدنی نباید توی آیینه نگاه کنی یا بخودت کلا نگاه کنی مخصوصا ب قصد چک کردن برای نتیجه..مثلا تو چشم آبی گوش میدی هی تو آیینه ببینی ک چشمت هنوز مشکیه خب این ینی ی تداخل توی ذهنت! و درکل راجب همه مدل ساب باید بگم تصویر سازی ذهنی و نوشتن ب همراه شکرگزاری راجب سابت خیلی تا…
