Жизнь продолжается. И не смотря на то, что я выпадала на время, всё идёт своим чередом. И мой сад встретил меня буйством цветения- природа сама позаботилась о себе. И это тоже о том, что когда мы в гиперконтроле галюцинируем и думаем, что без нас всё рухнет и все пропадёт... Нет, не рухнет. Жизнь идёт своим чередом. Как то иначе, но идёт. Вчера прошла первая встреча нашей группы, после моей болезни. Интересно было наблюдать динамику, как за период отсутствия встреч увеличилась дистанция между нами и между самими участниками. Это как ребенок, который после болезни идёт в детский сад и переживает: а что там будет, а как там будет, а безопасно ли мне там будет, а смогу ли я делать то, что захочу, а я смогу ли я проявить себя и т. д. И ему нужно время д…

Саморефликсия Неделю лежу болею, в прямом смысле лежу, встаю только для реализации базовых потребностей (еда пока не входит сюда). И что же я наблюдаю?! По следам последней встречи нашей психотерапевтической группы, хочется повторить одну важную мысль. Пока мы находимся внутри ситуации, мы не можем видеть ситуацию целиком. На этот счёт как то давненько уже мне пришла метафора: Это как в театре, пока ты актер, ты играешь свою роль и весь фокус внимания на этом- как выгляжу, как говорю, что делаю и т.д. И только, находясь в зрительном зале, а не внутри ситуации, можно…
